Front Office Management Trainee

Internship Description:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in administering the operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Service and At-Your-Service to meet all the high hotel standards.
  • Serve guests in the Front Office while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner according to the hotels high hospitality standards; adhering to company guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months work experience in hospitality or similar field, preferred
  • Strong communication and hospitality skills
  • Major or diploma in hospitality, travel management, or similar subject
